S3 — E11: Nina the Diva
Previously on Ladies of Twitter; The recap begins with Tyler and Joshuaa meeting up at Twitter Park and reassuring they’re ready to both move forward with each other. The scene then cuts to Jac’s dog funeral and memorial service before switching to the ladies all at Jac’s home now drinking and mingling with one another. When 2 unannounced/uninvited guest arrive things take a turn from calm to chaotic causing 1 of the most intense physical altercations ever! The scene ends with most of the ladies being escorted out and Jac left to clean up the mess in tears.
As we get aerial shots of the city the camera finally comes to focus on a little juice bar in a shopping plaza just outside of the city in the Twitter Hills area. We see a black car pull up and Tyler exit the backseat as the driver holds the door open for him and he makes his way into the juice bar. Billie is then seen walking up the the establishment and entering to spot Tyler sitting waiting for her to arrive.
“Why am I back? I don’t know honestly, this group is exhausting and I’m hurt right now, very hurt!” *begins to cry*
Billie: Hey Tyler, how are you?
Tyler: I don’t know honestly darling, I really don’t.
Billie: I was genuinely sad for you rushing out of Jac’s house the other day. What even happened?
Tyler: I was called a liar and pretentious and a gossip monger and I’m just done with it all. *starts to cry* I’ve cried for days about this stuff it’s not healthy.
Billie: *hugs Tyler* Look Tyler I know it’s sad being pregnant and all, but it’s not healthy you being around toxic girls all the time.
Tyler: Can I be honest with you darling? Your friend Jerika has printed nasty lies about me in the past that makes me very uncomfortable being around her right now.
Billie: I had no clue about all of this. I don’t really associate with her and her work life. She’s a great friend we’ve been friends for years, but I never get involved with her professional life. I seriously had no clue she even said all that or published it. I think people get the wrong interpretation of her.
Tyler: Well can you understand why I wouldn’t want to be around that? The cheating rumors about me and my family were published in her magazine…
Billie: Oh yeah completely, but whatever she publishes is her business. We have been great friends for years whatever everyone’s beef is with her can be between you guys. I’m not associated with your guys beef she’s my great friend and I’ll defend her when she’s un-rightfully getting attacked.
The ladies continue chatting about Jerika and her attacks on people through her gossip magazine. Tyler feels like Billie sees Jerika as the innocent one in all this drama. Billie tells Tyler if that’s how Jerika wants her image to be related as a mean girl then so be it. Tyler finishes off with telling Billie he wants nothing to do with Jerika and wishes to never see her again.
“I hope Tyler doesn’t think he’s going to fool me with his girls are innocents, I don’t think so. NO MA’AM”
Billie: What will you do when we are all together again?
Tyler: Oh, I’m not doing. Pretentious? Liar? Gossip monger? Why would these ladies say these things, not apologize, and expect I’ll come back in all smiles and rainbows? Do you not think what was said was a disgusting lie, Billie?
Billie: I feel like everyone came in there on ready!
Tyler: Especially Joshuaa. I’ve always loved Joshuaa! I don’t even know Kylee for her to say anything though either. I didn’t come in on ready! I came to support my friend!
Billie: I think it was just unnecessary. I try to refrain myself from talking about stuff I don’t exactly know at least no a little about…
As they finish up talking Billie tells Tyler he thinks Joshuaa is hurt about Tyler being pregnant. Tyler continues crying and says it’s not his fault he ended up pregnant and he will no long be attacked for it. They walk out and before Billie takes off for spin class he tells Tyler to stop surround himself with toxic people they need to be cut out of his life. They say goodbye and go on about their day.
Later On That Day…
As we fast forward throughout the morning in Twitter we stop and come across a building in the fashion district and it is Jac’s showroom. We need her inside working picking out fabrics and sketching a new gown for her collection. Cut to the exterior of the building and we see Nina strutting down the sidewalk and up to the glass doors to enter the building.
“I’m completely heartbroken after what happened at my home the other day so I’ve invited Nina to my showroom to talk about it. I’m so disappointed in the way she acted. I understand she was under attack but she had no respect for me, my dog or my home. We need a chat”
Nina: Hey Jac! How are you love? Can I have a glass of water please! It’s so warm out today!
Jac: Hey girl! I’ve had better days. Yes of course. *gets water bottles* Come let’s sit on the couch and have a chat about what happened the other night.
Nina: Of course. I have somethings to say too, but I’ll let you start off.
Jac: Okay well I want to start by letting you know that I had no idea that girl jerkoff was going to be there. I did not invite her nor was I told she was invited. Now that I have that cleared up, what the fuck Nina? I get you were under attack but the way you behaved was not cool. It was as if you had become possessed or something!
“I know I went overboard at Jac’s, but she needs to understand I was backed into a corner with all those people there that don’t like me to begin with. Makes me wonder if she truly had my back and is trying to fit in with the rest of the ladies. Seeing the numbers are clearly on the other end not mine.”
Nina: Well you do know how it looks on your part right. I felt a little set up here Jac not going to lie. But you know I attack full force when being antagonized and practically run through the ground by pretty much everyone there. I could only take so much and I snapped.
Jac: I get that but you know me and my loyalties. You are one of my closest friends and I would never do anything to jeopardize our friendship or put you in harms way. I understand that they were assassinating your character but to get physical especially in my home was uncalled for.
Nina: I know I know and I can’t apology enough for my actions but that tramp was pursuing me and following me around your house.
Jac: I was trying to kick Jeriwhore out of my house but I guess she’s deaf or something. She is in her 70’s isn’t she? *laughs*
Nina: Well again I do apologize for everything that happen.
Jac: Thank you honey, you know I love you. Now what’s our plan for these girls now. *laughs*
Nina: Ignore them girl. Straight out ignore them I can’t be their premises anymore I’m so over this and them coming for me.
Jac: What about you and Joshuaa? I think a few of the girls have gotten in her head don’t you think…
Nina: Joshuaa is a sad drunk. Depressed and desperate to have a child. The Triple D, Drunk, Depressed, and Desperate. *laughs*
Jac: You guys are going to be family though. I get that things are bad right now but maybe she’s going through a lot.
Nina: Well I hope her new friends will be there for her.
We then show Jac giving Nina a tour of her new showroom and all the latest garments she’s been working on. Jac ask Nina if she wants to walk in Twitter Fashion Week for her this year, and Nina jokingly says contact her agent. The scene comes to and end as Jac walks Nina to the exit and they hug goodbye.
[Jac’s Interview] I’m so glad Nina and I were able to have this discussion, talk out our feelings and move on. That’s what a true friendship is.
[Nina’s Interview] Jac is a genuine friend and I’m happy we’re moving forward. I shouldn’t have doubted her to begin with but that’s just me insecure with females always because they turn on me at any chance they get.
The scene opens up as we see Tyler and Stephanie walking into the nail salon. As they take their seats on the massage chairs and sip their sparkling water while they begin their conversation.
“I’m so glad the busy summer season is starting to slow down and I can enjoy the rest of the summer. Then school starts and I’ll be shoveling the kids around. I’m looking forward to a relaxing massage. I haven’t had one since Ojai and it’s been better because the bestie is coming.”
Stephanie: Hey babe, you look fantastic how’s the baby?
Tyler: Growing and hungry, it feels like. I eat all the time, but it’s doing well.
Stephanie: That’s amazing! I hope it’s an easy pregnancy for you. I just want to let you know I really appreciate you always having my back with this group.
Tyler: Of course darling I haven’t seen most of the ladies in a bit. Nina and I have texted, Jac and I have as well ,and I met Billie at a juice bar after the funeral fiasco he could tell I was hurting.
Stephanie: I don’t know how I feel about Billie right now. Jerika is not a good person to have around our group. 4 years ago she had Quin and I on the cover of her trash magazine. I remember seeing that and I knew you wouldn’t like her! Nina and Joshuaa have been in that trash too.
Tyler: Jerika’s magazine stops at nothing to sell copies I told Billie that I didn’t want to personally be around her after she published that trash gossip about the marriage last year. Billie told me that they don’t discuss that aspect of Jerika’s life no work talk between them, but I certainly don’t disagree with what you’re saying darling.
Stephanie: I think she is around us to get a scoop, and I’m not sure why Billie doesn’t see that. Billie was offended I said I wasn’t telling her anything personal again. I don’t need Billie telling her my business even if it’s an accident.
As the ladies continue chatting Nina and Joshuaa’s never ending battle is brought up and Tyler shares with Stephanie that Joshuaa told him Jerry has been seen with another woman out in Twitter and that Nina apparently does that same thing with men. Stephanie defends Nina and says she knows Nina wouldn’t cheat and she is loyal to him. She also shares what Joshuaa told her in Ojai about Jerry allegedly getting someone pregnant.
Tyler: How disgusting to cheat and get another woman pregnant.
Stephanie: I want to tell her but I don’t know what to say I told Quin I wanted to offer Nina our penthouse to stay in, but then I’d have to give a reason why.
Tyler: I know it’s a hard thing to tell her about she needs to know though, but I get how hard it is to tell her.
Stephanie: I can't really tell her because I am Jerry's attorney. I know things that I can't tell her. I’m thinking about dissolving the relationship with Jerry because of my friendship with Nina.
Tyler: I completely understand that darling.
[Stephanie’s Interview] This wasn’t high drama at all but high class. I love Ty and our friendship. Time to let Nina in on the news that could change her life.
The scene comes to an end with Tyler and Stephanie laughing and chatting about baby names, and what color the new nursery was going to be. Stephanie even suggest throwing a gender reveal party for Tyler, and wants to host it herself.
The scene begins with Jac and Nina sitting at the table chatting and ordering drinks and appetizers as they wait for Joshuaa to arrive. He then walks in and the tension in the room thickens are he has a seat and everyone sits awkwardly quiet looking around at each other not saying a word until Jac decides enough is enough and breaks the ice.
“I really don’t know Jac at all, so I was surprised that she was the one who called me to try to make amends with Nina. I really don’t think it’ll be the same ever again given what I’ve been told and shown. I guess it’s now just about being cordial.”
Jac: Girls, I know things have gotten so bad between the two of you lately and my aim for this lunch isn’t to rehash but to repair. You guys have such a long history full of ups and downs but at the end of he day you two are about to become family and I can’t sit by and watch a family destroy each other over bullshit rumors.
Joshuaa: You know what Jac I really don’t know you at all but I thank you for making this effort I really do. At this point I really have to be honest and say I don’t know if things can be repaired given what I’ve heard and seen. It comes down to this, Nina’s never really liked me I mean Nina let’s be honest, I only ever see you when we film.
Nina: Oh hush! Don’t say I never really liked you. I do… Did like you when you weren’t this diva sitting on your high horse as all your minions attacking me left and right.
Joshuaa: Nina stop with the minion thing you have fallen into that pit of rumors and lies and now you’re even believing them. I am my own person.
Nina: But when you drink and have your friends around you’re on a whole other level Joshuaa.
Joshuaa: Are you kidding me? Like are you for real right now!
Nina: I am for real!
Jac: I think we can all be guilty of drinking too much ladies. *laughs*
Joshuaa: I have a drinking problem, doesn’t every bitch? Nina I never see you, hear from you or even have any acknowledgement from you like we really don’t do anything unless we’re at an event together.
Nina: You’re right you haven’t seen me for a while I’m booked and busy sorry for having a life I suggest you get one and stop worrying about me and mine.
Jac: Ok this isn’t productive guys the two of you wouldn’t have come here today if you weren’t slightly interested in repairing your relationship and moving on.
Joshuaa: Why do you have to have an attitude with me all the time Nina…
Nina: You’re right Jac I would like to mend this fractured relationship but everytime I think about it you’re surrounding yourself with all these people who hate me. Why would I want to be around them and you?
As the ladies continue to bicker back and forth Joshuaa decides to pull out his phone and brings up the phone of Jerry and the other woman that was sent to him while they were in Ojai. Nina rolls her eyes and brushes it off calling Joshuaa sad and pathetic. Joshuaa even tells Nina to talk to Stephanie, but Nina doesn’t listen and called Joshuaa bitter and he’s trying to ruin something he wishes he has, but doesn’t. Nina gets up and grabs her purse and begins to walk away.
Nina: I hope you sleep well at night knowing you can potentially ruin your brothers happiness. Stay away from us and go make try and make another baby so you can stay out of everyone else’s lives. *walks away*
Joshuaa: Nina you’re so sad runaway like always coward. You both deserve each other quite frankly it’s laughable.
“I’m so over these lies and drama Joshuaa constantly wants to insert himself in like it’s just so much and I’m at my breaking point. I truly hope he finds some sort of happiness in his sad miserable lonely life.”
Jac: *to Joshuaa* how did we go from you both wanting to sort this out to this? I really wanted you guys to make up.
Joshuaa: Jac please I don’t know you!
Jac: I understand that and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to this lunch.
Joshuaa: You need to learn Nina will walk all over you if she wants. I love her, she’s never loved me. She’s all about my brothers money what about the troubles I’ve been going through? You think I want this shit in my phone?!
Jac: The two of you need some serious mending because this is a lot deeper then I thought it was.
Joshuaa: Well as I said I’m done and that’s it!
